Legal News of the Day: Chicago Litigators to Retry Socrates Case

socratesOn January 31st, Chicago litigators will retry the free speech case that led to the death of Socrates.  The proceeding, which is being held as a fundraiser by the National Hellenic Museum in Chicago, will be heard by a three-judge panel headed by Judge Richard A. Posner of the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.
