This fifteenth installment continues our series on HeinOnline’s digital collections.
HeinOnline’s Federal Register Library is the perfect resource for anyone looking for up-to-date information from the Federal Register (updated daily by Hein) or the CFR. The Federal Register is easily navigable by using a search panel located to the left of the main page; the database is searchable by both citation and date. Both publications are covered from inception to the present day, with the Federal Register available from volume 1 (1936) to volume 78 (2013) and the CFR from 1938-2012. Supplemental information is also provided, including indexes to the Federal Register and section changes affecting the CFR (available from 1958-2012).
The collection includes other materials as well, such as the Weekly / Daily Compilation of Presidential Documents (1965-2013) and the US Government Manual (1935-2012). There is even a guide to finding US Code and statutory citations that was prepared by the Office of the Federal Register.
