This forty-sixth installment continues our series on HeinOnline’s digital collections.
HeinOnline’s United States Code database provides access to every installment of the Code from its beginnings in 1925/1926 to the most recent available volume. This resource is especially useful for finding scanned copies of older statutes when the printed volumes are not available, if you are researching from home, or if you would like to make use of Hein’s search features.
This collection also includes older resources covering US statutes before the Code as well as relevant commentaries. While not as organized as the section on the Code itself, these additional documents offer insight on federal statutory authority before the inception of the US Code.
HeinOnline also offers a database covering the US Statutes at Large: stay tuned for coverage of this and other databases in upcoming installments of Great Resources!
