It’s Constitution Day!

September 17th was Constitution Day, established by Congress in 2005 to celebrate the date in 1789 when the Constitution was signed. Try to spare a few moments this week to catch some celebrations from the U.S. Senate and the Library of Congress. (Post – Stacy)
